Assignment 7- Katelyn Rowell- The Time Has Come

When I was little, I remember adults asking me all the time what I wanted to be when I grew up. My answer changed from being a princess to a firefighter to a veterinarian. Now, the same question is being asked, and I still can’t give you a definite answer. Math and science have always been my preferred subjects, however, I’m not sure exactly what I want to major in. I’ve considered being an environmental or biomedical engineer and even a pediatrician. Although I’m not sure of the specifics, I know I want to work in a field that directly helps people or the environment. As for where I go, I plan on attending a large university somewhere in the North. The school I pick will probably depend on scholarships and how much financial aid I get since I would like to avoid student loans as much as I can. Despite all the unknowns that have yet to be answered, I’m excited about the independence that accompanies college.
