Assignment 6 - Beppy Badgett - yay math

I have always considered myself more of a math and science kinda person. I typically don't really enjoy writing and I find it much easier to visualize problems in my head and solve them. With math if I understand the basic concepts I find it easy to apply them. The one problem I have in math is that I am not very detail oriented, I will miss problems for basic things like adding wrong. I think this is why writing is so hard for me. I can see the big picture all at once of what I want to write about but then as I'm writing, I'll forget my great ideas or I'll not be able to word something correctly. I struggle with the fine details. In writing I feel like there is one way I want things to be phrased in my head, to make my writing sound good, and to "write correctly", but in math I can think of multiple ways to solve problems and multiple ways to check my work to see if I'm right. One of my goals this year is to try and refine my writing, to try and make the words say exactly what I want them to.
