Roommate Snob-Connor Foley Assignment 12

I am not good at all at conversing with strangers. Unless I specifically know that they have similar interests to me, I avoid conversation like the plague. However, if I absolutely have to, my approach is going for basic formalities, letting them talk, and then either listening to them and nodding if I don't know about or care about what the subject of discussion, or join in if I do know about what they are discussing. My ideal roommate would be someone who shares most of my interests. Video games, movies, etc. Honestly, I would much rather pick my own roommate. For a long time I planned to room with my best friend Cameron Emmons, but he skipped a grade level, so he will be getting to college a year ahead of me. I would like my future roommate to be very similar to him. I just can't see myself being happy with a roommate who isn't a lot like me. What can I say? I have very specific taste.
