Assignment #15 - Andrea Dubon - Geek out
Brain teasers. From whatever mommy blog it was i'm happy that my parents decided that from a young age they would give mazes, word searches, and riddle books even if their attempt to make me Einstein failed. Word searches. I cannot tell you how many hundreds of hours i've spent doing these or even how many homework assignments i've forgotten about because of them. The satisfaction of crossing our each word i locate can only be usurped by that of completing a maze. My memories of mazes were brought up pretty recently when my mom was looking through some old boxes and found piles of some that i did as a kid. While i do love them i am kind of bummed that they didn't make me a child prodigy but i have learned that starting at the exit of the maze is the fastest way to finish it since you don't fall into as many deadness going in reverse. I love and hate riddles. As we've established i'm a pretty stubborn person, this translates into riddles because i hate having to look at the answers to riddles but with this steaming hatred comes the enjoyment of realization. While i don't get to do these things as much as i'd like, cause i have poor time management skills, i do always enjoy myself overtime i pull out a book of word searches.
