Assignment 15- Sam Ederington

I love my video games. If someone wants to talk about League of Legends or any Total War game, then I'm immediately engaged.  However, discussions on those topics aren't the only times I lose track of time. I've been left in a school library reading a book after my class left, and only realized that after I finished the book. But there are very few books that can consistently do that to me. But to me, video games are so cool. With the Total War series, I can take command of an army in a historical setting, and create an empire. Paradox games less so, but still to some degree. It's so fun to change history, and the satisfaction of creating a big empire always delivers. On the other hand, l love League of Legends. Competition is always fun, and since my reaction speed is slower than most people, fighting games are not my forte. League of legends is a fast paced game though, but I can usually predict my opponents movements, and due to the characters I play in the game, I'm less concerned with making the fancy plays than positioning. Though I do go for several fancy plays from time to time. Since I'm so engaged with both League of Legends and Total War, I can talk to someone forever on the metas in both. I can complain about OP characters in both. And both have extremely helpful websites and assorted content creators for whenever I want to learn more, or read up on the lore of either game.
