Assignment 10-Katherine Henson- Scaries

One of my biggest fears is something that comes from watching too many episodes of 20/20 and Dateline. I am the most paranoid person ever, always overthinking everything. So after watching shows like this, my imagination runs wild. One situation I think about a lot is someone following me home or killing me because of road rage. As I write about it, I know I sound insane and I realize that it's definitely unhealthy for this to be my worst fear. I am not afraid to use my horn when I drive, but I've had to stop when I drive alone because I worry I'm gonna get shot or something. It's extremely irrational and I kind of laugh at myself when I think about it too much. All the chain posts that circulate about "Keeping yourself safe" don't help me either. My brain will take an idea and run with it and I will assume everyone I encounter is trying to kill me.
